Honda Magna description

Up for grabs this time is a 1984 V65 Honda Magna. My dad purchased the bike back in 2002 and we have used it for short rides around the local area. The bike has been garage kept and well maintained. When the bike was first acquired my father had the transmission repaired, added a windshield, and replaced the original seat due to the ragged condition of the original.  We know from the original listing that the bike had been laid on its side once before and dose have a few scrapes on the brake handle, headlight, and engine. The tank is in great shape though with no dents, and a one little chip from regular usage. There is a dent on the front fender due to a rock, and a small one on the left exhaust pipe.  In the short time we have owned the bike me and my father only put on about 9,000 miles on the bike. We put a new battery in the bike last year, had it state inspected, and it is ready to ride. The bike runs great, shifts easily, and is fun to ride. I have included plenty of photos so please look carefully. Local pickup is required for the bike, and is handled by the buyer. Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction ending. Cash or cashiers cheek only, and we are open to offers. If you have any questions about the bike, please ask and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge.

Superpole qualifying made for four different manufacturers lining up in the first row of the grid, with Carlos Checa taking pole position for Althea Ducati ahead of Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes, Aprilia‘s Eugene Laverty and BMW rider Leon Haslam. A slightly damp and unfamiliar track likely contributed to a number of crashes and collisions.
