This is a super fast, great looking, and extremely affordable 2010 Honda VFR1200 sport bike! This VFR is literally ready to ride! The Red Metallic exterior paint really sparkles in the sunlight. The tires are both in great shape...the front tire is BRAND NEW!!! The rear tire still has plenty of tread also. The 1200cc fuel injected motor starts right up and purrs like a kitten! The transmission shifts super smooth and really rolls through the gears. The seat is free of rips and tears, and is super comfortable. The front windshield really does a great job of funneling the wind over your helmet. Talk about power!! You had better be holding on tight when you open the throttle or you may be watching your new bike keep going while you are sitting on your backside on the street!! Truly, truly powerful bike. We ran this Honda through our multi-point used bike inspection and the only thing we could find that needed to be replaced we did replace...the front tire. The only flaw on this VRF is from being dropped from a standstill in the driveway. You can see some scratches on the left side fairing and covers. No dents or other damage anywhere. 2013 AMA Supercross Houston Race Report

Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.

James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win of the season, leading all 20 laps before a crowd of 56,828 fans at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Calif. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider becomes the fourth different winner of the season in the 450 class through six rounds. The news was less positive for last week’s winner Chad Reed.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.
