Honda Interceptor description
1994 Honda VFR750F Red in color with 42947 miles. Purchased at beginning of season as first motorcycle. This bike is a touch more than I really needed for a first bike but served its purpose well. Took a sticker beginning of season so I assume it should take one now. I do not however guarantee it to take a sticker. Bike is not cosmetically "nice" but is mechanically darn near perfect. Mechanically I do not believe it needs anything. Fires up instantly even after sitting for a week or two. Runs and rides excellent. Very enjoyable motorcycle and fun to ride. Bike has a D&D exhaust and a K&N Air filter. Fresh oil change, new battery and brand new gold chain, front and rear sprockets. The only fairing i'm missing is the right side middle fairing. Otherwise all the fairings come with the bike. This is a great kick around bike and can handle 2 up. Bike has excellent low end torque which makes it very easy to ride. Bike probably has somewhere around 110 hp or more.
I do not have the title to this bike. The guy I bought it from did not have one and a title is not needed in my state. Please check with your local authorities to see if you will need a title for this vehicle.

WSBK 2012: Assen Results
Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. So that's why he's called RANDY de Puniet
Tue, 20 Jul 2010RANDY de Puniet may well have just been ejected from his LCR Honda RC212V MotoGP racer during qualifying for Sunday's Sachsenring GP but that ain't gonna stop him from bringing one of the company perks with him to Dr Costa's on-circuit surgery. The Frenchman crashed during qualifying after hitting oil and water spilled on track by Jorge Lorenzo's Fiat Yamaha, after it spewed its guts along almost the entire length of the start finished straight. Following the crash De Puniet was whisked away on a stretcher with a suspected broken foot.
Having a Randy Mamola moment
Thu, 10 May 2012Back in 1985 Randy Mamola was captured on film performing the most miraculous save of all time, hanging on for dear life as his Honda NSR500 tried to fling him from his seat. Recently, we've seen some impromptu homages to the original with Jonathan Rea at Assen and the near-save from Jakub Kornfeil in the Moto3 race at Jerez. Now we have on-board footage of American racer Genki Hagata calming a high-side at the Infineon Raceway in California.
