Honda Gold Wing description

After 62 years of riding, because of health reasons I'm forced to sell my 2010 Honda Goldwing. This was the last year the Goldwing was made in Maryville Ohio USA. I'm the original owner and I bought it new in July  of 2011, so its just over 5 years old.  I have almost $30,000 in it with over $4500 in upgrades in it and I have the receipts to prove it.

2010 Goldwing XM/Nav/Comfort 60,109 Miles. I just changed the oil and I have records of all it's oil changes. I use only Mobil one synthetic.

If your in My area please stop by to see the bike. The tires are in very good shape, I recently had an oversize rear tire put on which drops the RPM and acts like an overdrive.

   This has MANY extras.

Extra large Hwy Pegs, Heal Toe Shifter, and Full floorboards,

CB Radio, AM/FM radio and XM radio Awesome factory 400 watt Audio system with front and rear speakers. It also has a built-in MP3 player that works off the radio controls with many hundreds of songs, this takes the place of the CD changer and holds far more songs. I have it loaded with hundreds of oldies songs, but you can take the SD chip out and reload your type of music.

Factory built in GPS, heated driver and passenger seats, heated grips, Alarm system Cruise control, Reverse, Vented windshield, and a driver/passenger intercom. I have 3 cables that connect to the helmets for the AM/FM radio, XM radio, MP3 player, CB or Intercom.

The tires are in very good condition. It has a luggage rack, drivers backrest, the good one, and passenger arm rest and storage in back of the drivers backrest.

Large floor boards and large riding pegs ( like floor boards).

Color match wings to deflect the air, 12 volt cigarette type outlet in the glove box.

Battery tender connection and battery tender.

Driving lights and adjustable cup holder on handle bars.

Luggage rack, and air deflectors.

Turn down mufflers. It has adjustable wrist rests that can be easily removed.

Helmet lock extensions to make locking your helmets easier.

I have all the original parts I took off the bike. It will also come with 2 complete rain suits and 1 extra pair of pants, 3 cables for helmets, battery tender.

It rides like a dream. The bike needs nothing and comes with everything that anyone would need and more. I have a clean clear title. I also have all the documentation of the Honda dealer working on the bike, all receipts of the aftermarket extras I bought and installed. I also have all the documentation for the oil and filter changes.

I have all the original books, Honda Owner's manual, CB user's guide, Navigation system guide, Honda's riding tips, and a large Clymer Honda Maintenance, troubshooting and repair manual. This manual also has a CD in the back.

Call with any questions or come take a look.

This is a Beauty.

Capirossi Announces Retirement at Conclusion of 2011 Season

Thu, 01 Sep 2011

Loris Capirossi announced he will retire at the end of the 2011 MotoGP season, closing off a quarter century of racing including 22 years at the Grand Prix level and three World Championships. “It’s an important moment in my career, and the decision I made has come about after a lot of reflection,” says Capriossi. “I’m happy that after 25 years, of which 22 were in the world championship, I’m at a point where I can still have a smile on my lips as I part ways, even if it’s difficult to think that I won’t be riding a bike next year.” The announcement was made during a press conference at Misano for the upcoming San Marino Grand Prix, the final Italian stop of the 2011 season.

Honda MotoGP Production Racer Undergoes Testing at Motegi

Mon, 27 May 2013

Development of Honda‘s new production racer is well underway, as the new (relatively) low-cost MotoGP racebike underwent testing at Japan’s Twin Ring Motegi circuit May 23-24. Conceived as a lower-cost option for race teams, the production racer project is running slightly behind schedule but Honda still expects it will available in time for the 2014 MotoGP season. Early reports estimate the price for the production racer to be around US$1.26 million, a substantial price, but still considerably less expensive than rumored $3.9 million it currently costs to lease a Honda RC213V for one season.
