Honda Gold Wing description

This is a beautiful example of the GL1000 1978 Goldwing. It is mostly original! This is what's not original on the bike.Has a Dyna S electronic ignition(no points) has a windshield and backrest, engine guards and footpegs. Brand new tires. Everything on this bike works as it should! Shifts perfect and runs as a 11,000 mile bike should. The flaws are small scuffs ,one being a chip caused by the windshield and also a small crack on the left side muffler. It comes with original tool kit, 2 keys and some filters. The previous owner kept it in a heated garage with all his many toys but just never drove it much. I already have one these bikes and I don't need two. Buyer will not be disappointed with this machine. if you have any questions just ask. You can also call me @ 781-eight seven one-7057, My name is Philip. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!! I will help with shipping but buyer is responsible.

2013 AIMExpo: Skidbike

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

One of the most inventive devices seen at this week’s AIMExpo is the Skidbike, a novel creation that helps teach riders the skills to balance and to master threshold braking. It’s a Swedish/American invention originally designed to educate riders how to sufficiently apply brakes to avoid an accident without the danger of tipping over and causing injuries. It uses an electrically operated hydraulic ram built on a hinged dolly to reduce front-tire grip, which drastically reduces speeds when traction is lost so riders can learn how to use the brakes effectively.

Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

Wed, 16 Apr 2014

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.

Dealer Expo 2010: Yoshimura R-77 Slip-On Exhaust

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

Yoshimura is playing to the green movement with its new R-77 slip-on canister with integral catalytic converter. The version ready for the 2008-09 Honda CBR1000RR is claimed to be three pounds lighter than stock and offers a big bump in midrange power. Most importantly to the greenies, however, is that it produces fewer emissions than other performance mufflers.
