Honda CT description

Here's your chance to own one of the rare 1971 Honda CT70H 4 speed clutch models in the beautiful candy blue green color. The bike has a build date 2/1971. The vin# is CT70H156267 and engine # CT70HE156613. Let me start off by saying though I am human and can make mistakes to the best of my knowledge everything on this bike appears to be original to it with the exception off the seat cover and the tires which do still sport the trail wings. The reason I mention the tires is because they appear to have more tread on them then you would expect to have with a bike of this mileage.

So about the bike, The bike currently has 2279 miles and still runs very strong. She starts right up, does not smoke and shifts great through all the gears as designed. She drives straight and does not appear to have any issues. All the electrical works as intended such as the horn, high and low beam, tail light and brake light. The paint is still very shinny and glossy but does have the usual chips and scratches you would expect from a bike of its age. The decals are still in great condition with only very minor imperfections. The headlight bucket does have some cracks in it but is still stable and completely function-able.  The cables all still function as intended but cosmetically have some of the usual cracks in the sheaving you expect due to age. The chrome on the bike is still in great condition and only shows some very minor scratches and patina which occurs over a 42 year life span. The seat pan appears to be in good condition with no cracks and though the seat cover has been replaced does have a tare on the back corner approximently 1.5 inches long. The bike comes with 1 key and the California Certificate of Title.
I truly believe whoever buys this bike will be pleased with it. I have sold many of these bikes in recent years with most going to collectors. I have had many repeat buyers and I always pride myself on giving the best description  possible. I have taken many pictures of this bike as to not misrepresent it. So please examine all the pictures I have provided and only bid if you intend to buy. I will do my best to answer any and all questions to the best of my knowledge.
