Honda CT description

This is a fully restored 1971 Honda CT70 that runs (and stops) great! It has been built the way Honda should have built them 45 years ago. Almost every part is new. It has a new 70cc Lifan engine, and runs on a 12v system. How it is pictured is how it comes. I have the bill of sale for the frame, but there is no title.
