Honda CT description

1970 Honda CT70 Looks and Runs Great. The engine was just rebuilt by a certified mechanic. It also has a brand new chain. Starts on the first kick. It gets very good gas mileage and it will go about 40mph. All of the lights work. The spedometer and odometer work. Mileage at the time of listing is 2475. The horn works. The brake light works. The bearings on this bike are brand new. The brakes work, however the rear brake does need to be adjusted. The seat also has a 2 inch horizontal tear on the side that you can see in the pictures. This bike comes with a new full set of brakes and a brand new set of enduro tires and tubes not installed. The chrome on this bike is in great shape with only a few areas of rust/pitting. The headlight bucket had a crack in the side and it has been changed out to a new one in the same color since the photos were taken. This bike was just fully detailed/polished. It is currently registered and tagged in the state of GA. It is sold with a GA bill of sale as Georgia doesn't title vehicles this old. This bike is being sold as-is where is. Cash payment only no paypal or checks. Ask any questions you have about this bike before you buy/make offer. Local pick up only. The handlebars on this bike fold down and it will fit in the trunk of a regular sized car. Feel free to call me with any questions (912) 222-1274 Logan

Pedrosa, Marquez, Bradl Talk About Racing, Motorcycles, And Each Other

In order to use footage from a Dorna-sanctioned MotoGP test session — say, for marketing or promotional reasons — a team must receive approval from Dorna. The process is tedious, and even if permission is granted, there are strict limitations as to what the material may or may not be used for. So when Honda decided to conduct its own private test (which Yamaha also joined), at the Circuit of the Americas, it was free from any and all Dorna mandates.

MotoGP to Hold Official Test in Argentina; South American Nation Returning to Calendar for 2014

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

Dorna Sports announced there will be a MotoGP test at Argentina’s Circuito Internacional Termas de Rio Hondo in July to allow teams to prepare for the track’s expected addition to the 2014 MotoGP calendar. Argentina was actually supposed to join the MotoGP tour this season, but the round was scrapped because of a dispute between the country and Spain after the Argentine government seized control of a Repsol subsidiary. Repsol is, of course, a prominent sponsor of several teams including Honda‘s factory team.

Schoolboy Heroes

A wet and grey day in Calais in 1992 wouldn’t be the obvious situation for a life changing experience, but for a 11 year old lad on a boring booze cruise from Dover this is exactly what happened. Pockets bulging with funny money I headed to the Tabac for the obligatory bangers, dirty playing cards and some sweets.  Then it happened, I stood in front of the magazine rack and reached up, as if drawn by an external force.  At the time I wasn’t tall enough for Playboy or L’ Escort so settled for a copy of Moto Verte, the French motocross mag.  Life would never be the same again. Inside there was a double page spread, with a fresh faced Jeremy McGrath resting a leg over his #15 Honda CR125.  Sporting a pair of fluro MX trousers with a, now retro, bright white surname emblazoned jersey, and casting an eye over a seriously vast motocross park.  I stared at this Sinisalo advert all the way home, partly because all the articles were in foreign, but also because I was transfixed.  What and how do I become a motocross champion?
