Honda CRF description

2012 Honda CRF150R, NEW - MSRP $4,990 - There's nothing small about the size of its performance. Honda’s CRF150R is, hands down, the best MX machine in the Mini Class. Designed around a four-stroke powerplant that showcases plenty of Honda technology, we’ve given it some major-league upgrades for 2012, and graced it with the performance that will keep you up at the front of the pack and on the podium. First, a new cylinder head, new cam, and new piston help this CRF150R run more consistently at different tracks, different elevations and different temperatures. An improved "direct push" accelerator pump gives you better, more immediate throttle response. New suspension valving returns improve action on small bumps but keeps the 150’s excellent large-bump performance. The CRF150R. For aspiring racers it’s just what every motocrosser wants. A great start. And one that just about ensures great finishes.

Here is a shot of the Fury from the official unveiling at Honda HQ last month, finally we can now show it to you! Click here to read the full article. While the Honda Fury won’t be officially unveiled until this coming weekend at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in NYC, Honda has been doing some underground marketing to get the word out by releasing videos to the public.

Top box trauma

Wed, 24 Nov 2010

I've struggled with my Honda hard luggage over the past few months, I have to admit. To much office hilarity (and piss taking) I managed to lose the top box just a few miles from the office. I thought the locating mechanism was fastened securely but the first rapid getaway from the first set of traffic lights on Upper Street proved me wrong. It was at least a mile before I noticed that my top box was absent.

You want a nice little car, you do.

We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
