This is a 2001 Honda CR500. The bike is in very good physical and operational condition. Bike has original steel bars. The rubber around the throttle and clutch lever doesn't even have any wear. The fork tubes and these guards don't even look like the bike has ever followed anyone. It was on the original tires and we replaced the rear with a new one. It has an almost new FMF full exhaust installed. The bike starts and runs excellent and it needs nothing to ride or display. The wheels, swingarm and lower frame do show some typical wear but no rust/corrosion issues as this is an Arizona bike. The seat cover is original and does have a couple blemishes but no tears. The gas tank has some light discoloration. This bike will include the Arizona Title, notarized and ready to sign over to the new owner. In Arizona titles are not labeled as on or off road and this title can be used to register this bike for on road use HERE. It is up to you to determine the laws in your state and I cannot help with that. I will ship at buyers expense and arrangement. Yamaha, Honda Donate to Thailand Flood Relief Efforts
Thu, 20 Oct 2011Honda and Yamaha announced relief aid for the people of Thailand affected by severe flooding that has swamped large parts of the country since late July. Yamaha and its Thai subsidiaries are donating a relief package worth about 30 million yen (US$390,000) including 3,000 life jackets. Yamaha is evaluating what items to provide including outboard motors.

Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official pictures, only the fantasies of fans and third-party designers. Only one thing is clear - the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered with both a conventional motorcycle foot-shift gearbox and a DCT robot.
Honda Prototypes and Pre-Production Models for 2013 Osaka and Tokyo Motorcycle Shows
Tue, 12 Mar 2013Honda will display a number of new motorcycles at the upcoming Osaka Motorcycle Show and Tokyo Motorcycle Show in addition to a new 400cc version of its 500-series models. Honda describes the new motorcycles as exhibition models or models planned for production. The new models include the previously announced-for-North America CTX700 and CTX700N, and the Thailand-bound CRF250M motard (pictured above).
