Honda CJ360T description
1976 CJ360T daily rider. 2500 miles put on it since brought back to life in 2014. The bike is not in original state. It has been updated with a Rick's Electric stator and regulator/rectifier. It also has 30mm VM Mikuni carbs and custom intake manifolds. A Cone Engineering stainless muffler was also added to the stock head pipes. The seat was shortened and removable ammo box paniers added for extra carry capacity. New All Balls wheel and tapered steering head bearings were also added along with Buchanan stainless steel spokes and powder coated rims. The paint is in very good condition with no rust or dents. All lights including turn signals, brake, head and tail are in good working order. This model of 360 is the only one with no electric start and a five speed transmission and drum front brake. Starts easy and it is ready to ride and very reliable.I have most of the original parts that were taken off when refurbished. Please look at all photos carefully as I have tried to describe the condition to the best of my ability.

Fri, 24 Jun 2011This ‘you tube’ gem sent to me recently brought back some funny memories from the scary but incredibly exciting days of 500cc two stroke racing. This particular race was the final round of the All Japan 500cc Championship at Tsukuba Circuit where I enjoyed a head to head battle with national hero Tadahiko Taira. Yamaha’s favourite son at the time, ‘tie wrap’ as we liked to call him, was taller and better looking than most Japanese riders (maybe a war baby?) and went on to win nearly everything in Japan during his career.
Day 5 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins Stage, Moves Into Overall Lead
Thu, 09 Jan 2014Red Bull KTM factory rider and three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma won stage five today followed by his teammate Jordi Viladoms and KTM supported rider Kuba Przygonski allowing KTM to scoop the top three places. Today´s stage five from Chilecito to Tucuman was characterized by hot temperatures, lots of sand and navigation in dry vegetation. Organizers decided to cancel the second part of the special for safety reasons and also because heavy thunderstorms threatened the area.
