Honda CBR description
Up for sale I have a 2003 Honda cbr600rr project. I bought it a few months ago from a guy that laid it. He never had it fixed and didn't want to mess with it. I am not sure when this happened but it was in perfect condition before then. It is currently not running. I don't know much mechanic wise do I don't know what it will take to get it running. It looks like everything is there. It is missing a battery, windshield, seat. It's has after market fairings like shown. It comes with an after market exhaust and original and an extra front tire. I bought and haven't messed it it either so I decided to sell it to some 1 that will. I am asking for 800 obo as I found something else I am interested in and need the money. Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.
Repsol Honda Signs Marquez and Pedrosa for 2013 MotoGP Season
Thu, 12 Jul 2012Honda Racing Corporation announced it has signed rising Spanish talent Marc Marquez to a two-year contract on its factory team. He will race alongside Dani Pedrosa who signed a two-year contract extension with Honda to race in the 2013 MotoGP Championship. Marquez currently leads the Moto2 Championship by 43 points for the Catalunya Caixa Repsol team after finishing second in the series in 2011.
WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
