Honda CB description

Up for auction is an unrestored original Vintage 1974 Honda CB125. This bike will come with a free and clear title and also still has the original tool kit. The bike only has 1,563 miles so most of the wear you will see is not mechanical and is cosmetic. The motor starts easy and runs very well. The transmission and clutch work very well and shift through all of the gears smooth and easy. I just recently disassembled the carburetor and ultrasonically cleaned it all out. The inside of the tank was sealed by the previous owner and I think it will need to be done again soon if you plan to drive this regularly. The tires will also need to be replaced if you plan to ride this because they have dry rot and cracking. The chrome has pitting and rust from sitting in storage. The seat is very nice with no rips, holes or tears and the foam is not brittle. The tank is nice but there is a tiny tiny shallow ding on the right top side. All of the electronics work but the blinkers are not working because a bulb is out (I believe that is the reason, otherwise it just needs a new flasher relay). This bike would make a great candidate to do a high end restoration because everything is clean and straight for the most part or just leave it the way it is and have a great driving bike with some patina.

Please take a look at the large pictures and video to get a better idea of condition and email me or call if you have any questions. ** Visit this link to see higher resolution larger pictures http://imageevent.com/joejo20/1974hondacb125 **

Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and payment. I will help a shipper load the bike on a truck(I can reccomend a few good motorcycle carriers). $300 deposit to be made through paypal within 24 hours of the auction closing and full payment to be made within 10 days of auction closing. Final payment after deposit to be made with cash, bank wire transfer or cashiers check only ( cashiers checks must clear bank account before bike ships). My number is 231-675-2552 with any questions.

Bradl's Red Bull Honda for Indy

Fri, 17 Aug 2012

At the Indianapolis MotoGP Stefan Bradl's LCR Honda will be sporting this one-off Red Bull livery. The MotoGP rookie has been impressive so far in his debut year with a fantastic riding style. So hopefully he'll continue his run of form and encourage the energy drink giant to stay on board, as the colours look smart on the Honda RC213V.
