1982 CB900F, 20880 original miles Rebuilt in 2006 from frame up, professional valve job and seals, frame blasted and painted, all new chassis bearings, new chain and sprockets, tank POR15 coated, new OEM color paint and decals, reupholstered seat Keihin FCR35 carbs/K&N jetted for 900F(over $1000 with filters) (original carbs included) Kerker 4:1 header with Yoshimura slipon (good condition original exhaust inc) Euro rear sets, euro throttle, GP tour handlebars Powder coated CB1100F swingarm and Marzocchi shocks CBR600F2 17" wheels and brakes, new radial BT023 tires 900F forks with Progressive springs and Shinko steering damper AGM battery Dyna coils Spare parts- cylinder head(damaged exhaust stud), rectifier, ignitors, and service manual inc Bike runs very well, pulls hard with FCR's, handles like a much newer bike with 17"F2 wheels/tires. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
