Honda CB description

1978 HONDA CB750 FOUR K

This is a nice, solid 1978 Honda CB750 Four K. The SOHC motor runs strong and the bike drives good. If the fuel is not shut off when parked the carbs will flood and leak gas from the overflow and occasionally there is a slight hesitation coming off idle. I would recommend a carb cleaning / tune up. There is link below to a video of the bike running. The paint is original and in decent condition but does have some scratches and peeling clear coat. The seat cover was replaced recently and looks great. The battery is new and the tires are in good condition. This is a good solid bike with low miles. It's far from mint, but still in good condition for it's age. Please read the entire listing, review all photos, and ask any questions you may have. NO RESERVE PRICE!!

  • Runs good but could use a tune up. Video of bike running at:  https://youtu.be/Qvu31vqhFBU
  • Drives good, brakes work, and shifts through all gears smoothly
  • New battery and good tires
  • New seat cover
  • Only 15,821 miles
  • Turn signals don't flash and horn does not work
  • Center stand missing, right side cover cracked
  • Some rust and typical wear and tear
  • Clean title

Best Helmet Designs from the 2009 MotoGP Season

Thu, 22 Oct 2009

Unlike with most athletes, motorcycle racers’ faces remain hidden during competition. Except for promotional events or pre- and post-race interviews, the faces of our racing heroes are shielded under protective helmets with tinted visors. You don’t see the same human emotion in their faces like you can when soccer players score a goal or baseball players hit a home run.

2011 Vyrus Moto2 Grand Prix Racer Preview

Fri, 14 Jan 2011

Motorbike cognoscenti recognize the Vyrus name, the Italian brand producing exotic sportbikes based on the amazing hub-center-steered Bimota Tesi. The Vyrus story begins when Bimota filed for bankruptcy in the early 2000s. Vyrus principal Ascanio Rodorigo, a former Bimota employee, began producing his version of the Tesi after Bimota let its patents expire while it was in bankruptcy.
