I am selling my 1975 Honda CB750. It runs well and has tires on it with less than 200 miles on them. The engine was rebuilt two years ago and it also has less than 200 miles on it. The engine has new rings, the cylinders were honed, the valves were done and the carburetors were rebuilt. The second gear shift fork was replaced also. The bike is mostly original parts, but the pipes are 4 into 1 Kerkers. The pipes are solid. The paint is all original and in good but not perfect condition. There are no dents in the tank and the paint is pretty good considering it's age. One side cover has a hairline crack, that has been reinforced on the back side. The chrome has some pitting but cleans up well and shines with Simichrome. (see photos) Some of the electrical was hooked up wrong, but it doesn't affect the running of the bike: example, the high beam doesn't go on. The bike starts well and runs smoothly. Slight road rash on the speedometer and left fork wing. (photos). The seat is original, but had a slit in it that was patched by a shoemaker from the underside. Original toolkit included. Brand new battery. This bike would be a great bike to restore, chop, or cafe due to the engine rebuild and all the basics being there. I've tried to be as complete in my description of the bikes condition as possible. Remember that this is an old bike (garage find) that was brought back to life with some tlc. Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade
Thu, 07 Jun 2012As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.
