NEW Rear Sets (currently used as passenger pegs, but all it needs is linkage)
Custom Leather Seat built on original seat pan
Aftermarket Side Covers (I'd say new condition, but the tire shop broke one of the tabs.  Still attaches fine, though.)
Chrome 4-into-2 exhaust in good condition & polishes very nicely
Front fender has slight ding hidden under the forks (chrome polishes very nicely, though)
Tank was painted black and has a few chips were the original orange flake is showing.
Slight surface rust on the spokes that I will try to polish up if I have time.

All in all, runs and drives absolutely perfect, charging system, all lights and buttons fully functional.  Only 1,897 original miles on the original speedo, but I'm not certain if that's correct.  It was my uncle's, but he rarely rode it, so it sat forever before I got it.  I took it down to the frame and went to town with replacement parts and all the above.  I'm only selling because I can't ride anymore, and don't want it to sit forever again.  Come pick it up, and take that cross country road trip I can't.  It's certainly ready for it.

****BONUS****
Comes with Vermont TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION until last day of June 2017!  Yep, you can simply transfer it into your name and keep on riding. Cost to renew (again, in your name) is only $44/year, and you can live in ANY STATE! :)

More Than $5 Million Available From 2014 Honda Red Riders Rewards

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

The continuation of Honda’s Red Riders Rewards program for 2014 means more than $5 million in earnings will be available to racers. Honda owners have the opportunity to earn payouts at more than 1500 races in 2014 motocross, off-road, dirt track, ATV and road racing contests throughout the country. Honda’s press release was awfully thin with details for road racers, instead focusing on a restructure of the off-road series payouts and the different ways competitors can hope to win money in.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Groms

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

We’re big fans of the Honda Grom, not just because of the grin-inducing experience it offers but also for its potential for customization. Just look at the RC-X Mini Vintage Racer for an example of the Grom’s ability to transform. MORE: Top 10 Modified Honda Groms It’s no surprise then that Honda would present some more special Groms for the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon, an annual showcase for automotive performance and customization similar to the SEMA show here in the U.S.

Video: Honda Crossrunner v mountain pass

Fri, 01 Apr 2011

This road (the one in the video) was a previously unseen, super-steep mountain pass which needed first gear for the hairpins and second between them with an occasional grab at third on the quicker sections. It was the sort of road that pumps up your forearms and makes you crane your neck to see what's coming next (mainly cyclists). The surface was rubbish.
