1975 Honda Cb on 2040-motos
Honda CB tech info
Honda CB description
I found this 1975 Honda CB360 in an old out of commission dairy farm. Was missing a number of things including exhaust, headlight bucket, etc. It was close to going to the scrap yard. Took it to the shop, we stripped it down completely and started rebuilding. This is the stunning result that makes cars stop in the road to ask about it. Yes, I've been riding it and it rides like a beast. Very smooth to operate with mean power. This bike grabs everyone's attention and it usually ends with the person gazing at it longingly and finally saying "that is just a beautiful bike."
We were going for a balance of the vintage original with modern touches. Everything has been gone through but I will list some things here: -Tomaselli grips -Modern brake and clutch levers -New chain and sprockets -Carbs rebuilt and jetted to the T -Perforated metal woven into the frame -New cafe seat -New drag bars -New neck and wheel bearings -Powder coated wheels -Blasted and painted frame -Custom exhaust -New IRC tires -CB400F shocks -New brake lines and brakes Basically, we've gone through everything on this bike. Ready to enjoy. Both electric and kickstart work beautiful. Starts easily first try This bike has it's own unique growl and howl and is a blast to ride. Drool-worthy new trials bike
Fri, 25 Oct 2013THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.
Honda Announces Returning 2013 Models with New Colors
Tue, 04 Sep 2012As we mentioned in an earlier post about the Repsol edition CBR250R, American Honda has announced a number of returning models for 2013 featuring new color schemes. The returning models include the big touring Gold Wing, the Fury chopper, the 1312cc Sabre, Stateline and Interstate cruisers, the 750cc Shadow cruisers, the entry-level Rebel and the XR650L dual-sport. All model come back unchanged except for the paint, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Front wheel hopping on a 'Blade
Wed, 25 Aug 2010In my youth I used to spend hours with my mates pulling stoppies on our mountain bikes and then proceeding to hop on the front wheel for as long as we could or replicating the tricks we'd see our trials heroes perform. But the idea of doing this on a Honda Fireblade is puzzling, but stunt rider Odair Salmazo has it cracked.
