This bike was running but would not idle. Left side has no spark at the plug. I believe the coil is bad. I did get to ride this a few times, super fun little bike, very easy to work on and looks great for it's age -OR- if you are a vintage enthusiast who is into full restores this could be a fabulous collection add.

If you are new to motorcycles I urge you to research maintenance on this model, some parts are tricky to find, some are discontinued. The only reason I'm selling it is because I did not do this and have grown tired of the special care that vintage bikes require.

No warranties implied or otherwise. No returns or refunds. All sales are final. Payment options are Cashier's Check, Money Order or Cash in Hand. Deposit of $500 through PayPal required within 24 Hours of end of Auction.  Also listed locally, seller reserves the right to end auction early. Tue, 24 May 2011

A 65-year-old man from Windsor, Ontario, Canada is attempting a cross-continent ride from Key West, Fla., to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and back, on a Honda CBR125R. Bob Munden of Windsor is attempting to set the record for the smallest motorcycle to make the trip from the southernmost accessible point in North America to the northernmost point, and back. A print shop owner with a stable of five motorcycles, Munden will attempt the trip on the 124.7cc single-cylinder four-stroke Honda CBR125R, an entry-level sportbike model Honda offers in Canada.

McGuinness Tests Mugen Shinden Electric Race Bike

Thu, 22 Mar 2012

Isle of Man TT veteran John McGuinness recently got a chance to test the new Mugen Shinden electric rice bike to prepare for the 2012 TT Zero. The test took place at the Twin Ring Motegi in Japan, a world-class racing circuit but perhaps not-coincidentally, a track built and owned by Honda, further fueling the belief the Mugen effort is a front for the Japanese manufacturer. The Honda-contracted McGuinness put the Shinden through its first big test, helping the Mugen team gather data on the electric racer.
