Honda CB description

1972 Honda CB175 (2595 miles)

I bought the bike two years ago and did a basic tune up and rebuilt the carburetors. Since then, I rode it for a little bit around town and put some 200 miles. I do not use it that much, therefore I am selling it.
The bike is quite presentable and looks nice. I have kept it original and, since my ownership, there have not been any modifications.
Most of the work I have done to the bike is cosmetic, polishing the fenders, cleaning up parts and repainting others.
There are a few dents on the gas tank and a few scratches on the air filter covers, but nothing major that requires immediate attention.

This is a 40+ year old bike. Therefore, there are no warranties and the bike is sold ‘as-is’. Please, ask any questions before bidding.
Sensible offers will be considered.

Clear NC title.

To put that in perspective, McGuinness’ teammate, Bruce Anstey, aboard a sister Mugen, set the outright lap record earlier this week aboard his Honda CBR1000RR superbike of over 132 mph.
