Hello everyone, thank you for taking a look at my listing for a 1982 Honda C70 scooter bike.
Currently, the bike isn't running because it needs the carbs clean. It has sat for 2 years now and i forgot to turn the gas valve close before letting it sit. The bike has 6571 miles on it. Overall the bike is in good condition for its age. This would make a great restoration project base. There are some cracks in the plastic (see photos) but nothing major. Before I let the bike sit for two years, I got new tires, brakes, chain, spark plug on it. Tires are now flat. Just needs a little love. I got the bike 3 years ago from a G.I. who was based in Japan. He brought the bike over to the states when he came back. With that said, the bike has a clean Washington State Title in hand and ready to sign over. Willing to ship it but it'll be up to the buyer to arrange shipping. I can assist with loading. I don't want to sell it but I just don't have time to ride it anymore. Hope it goes to a good home. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
Honda Reports Q2 2013-2014 Sales Results
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Honda sold 4.2 million motorcycles over its second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2013. This marked the second consecutive quarter with motorcycle sales topping the four million mark, and a 10.8% increase on the 3.8 million units sold in the same quarter last year.

One of only four built, and the only one still in operating condition, bidding for this piece of motorcycling history was fast and furious. However, once all was said and done, the winning bid for this Honda was an astounding $148,100.
