I'm selling my 2006 Harley Davidson VRod (V-Rod) for $8,500. The 2006 model was the only year the controls were not placed in the front. The bike has little over 7k miles. Great bike in excellent condition and fun to ride. Absolutely a beautiful bike.

Raked way out there, with a 38-degree fork angle, forward controls and pull back welded handlebars, drag-style aluminum disc wheels and chrome slash-cut exhaust, the V-Rod is one unmistakable motorcycle. The scooped-out seat is just 26 inches off the ground. Dual slash-cut chrome exhaust pipes deliver the wound-out song of a high-performance Revolution V-Twin. Triple-disc, four-piston Brembo brakes and black hand controls are new for 2006. Staggered 10-Spoke Cast Aluminum wheels are an option. |

Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.
