LOW MILEAGE! I bought this motorcycle New, had 1 mile on the odometer, from the local Harley dealer in 2013. It has the 103 cu. in. V-Twin Engine and is mostly stock except I changed out the Air Ride seat for a Sundowner Seat and added a Backrest, and a King Tour Pack (largest Tour Pack H.D. made), along with a Premium Luggage Rack, Highway Pegs and Passenger Foot Boards. Runs Great, just bought a New Battery. Great Touring bike. A couple of spots on the chrome has tiny surface rust (see images), I should have waxed it when I first got it but I just rode it. 2013 Harley-Davidson World Ride Scheduled for June 23-24
Tue, 07 May 2013Harley-Davidson riders around the world will head out on the road June 23-24 for the 2013 Harley-Davidson World Ride. The event is organized by the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), but non-members are invited to join in to celebrate Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary as well as H.O.G.’s 30th anniversary. “Harley-Davidson is celebrating two big anniversaries this year, and the World Ride is a great way for riders around the world to celebrate them with us,” says Ken Knuteson, H.O.G.
US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
2014 Harley-Davidson Touring Models Recalled for Pinched Brake Lines
Wed, 09 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 66,421 motorcycles because of a problem with the front brake lines getting pinched. The recall affects all ABS-equipped 2014 touring and CVO touring models including the Electra Glide Ultra Limited, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Street Glide, Road King, CVO Limited and CVO Road King. Police and Shrine edition models are also affected, as are the Twin-Cooled version of the Electra Glide Ultra Classic and the Road King Classic which are produced for other markets.
