This is an exquisite Harley Road King Custom, with a police 103 cubic inch
(1690 cc) twin cam motor. This is the same motor used in the CVO and
screaming eagle bikes. (Stock is the the twin cam 96) This bike comes
with dual disc ABS brakes (first year offered) a six speed transmission,
full police tachometer, and police siren and pursuit switches. The
police switches are disabled but can be restored if desired. It only has
13,000 miles on it and is exceptionally clean. It has hard leather
saddlebags from a Harley Custom and looks fantastic. Runs Great! This was a working police bike so it does have some scratches to the under carriage but nothing that shows. See photos.

Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
