Ed Spalding of Terrace, British Columbia, Canada, and his close friend Roger Bourgoin bought Harley-Davidson motorcycles in 1991. Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production.
