Harley-Davidson Touring description

My 2007 Harley Street Glide

2007 Street Glide with 117" motor and 6-speed transmission. 20k miles on bike, 6500 miles since performance upgrade

Complete ground up engine build with over $7,000 in engine add-ons alone. This is a fairly rare color called Pewter Denim, only offered for a year or two. The time has come for something different and I am letting this fine machine go for much less than what is invested. The bike is a powerhouse with 124" hp/124 lbs. torque (Dyno sheets included with sale), but still very highway friendly. This bike has been dealer-maintained, winterized and serviced regularly.

(Note: if the bidder wishes to finance, they must contact me and have approval before auction ends, otherwise the auction will be awarded to the highest bidder)

I will attempt to list all of the parts added but I am sure I'm missing some. Feel free to call and I will answer any questions you have.

New Harley-Davidson Book Ties Together The Company’s Past

Thu, 08 May 2014

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.

Here at Motorcycle.com we generally have nice things to say about Harley-Davidson products. But we also like a good joke. Especially when it’s full of biting sarcasm.

A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750

Thu, 29 Jan 2015

This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
