This Is A Very Nice First Year Of the Shovelhead 1966 That is a nice running mostly original motorcycle. I got this motorcycle from a older gentleman and cleaned out the old gas charged the battery and it fired right up. Have not washed or detailed it so it has some scratches pitted chrome and dirt and dust. Someone added a starter button by the oil tank and coil when original starter button quit working you can see in photos it works and I have not messed with it. The motorcycle rides and stops good. Everything works good there is one spot light not working that I have not messed with also probably the bulb. I have the keys for ignition, frame lock, saddlebags and tour box. Saddlebags and Tour Box need new rubber seals. This motorcycle would make a easy restoration or ride it and enjoy it as it is. The side cover trim in photos are included if you want them they do have some rust.The odometer shows 19036 i am not certain if this is correct. I have a clean clear Florida title in my name. Tue, 08 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is recalling the 2014 Tri Glide Ultra Classic trike because of a problem with . At the moment, a recall has only been announced by Transport Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce the recall due to the federal government shutdown, but recall notices are already being sent out to dealers in the U.S. According to the Canadian agency, the upper fork stem bracket was machined incorrectly, allowing for more steering angle than intended by the trike’s specifications.

Ed Krawiec raced to his ninth Pro Stock Motorcycle win of the season and third in a row at the Big O Tires NHRA Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this past weekend, ensuring the 2012 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle championship title will go to the Harley team. Krawiec now carries a 111-point advantage going into the last round; only his teammate, Andrew Hines, remains as a contender to claim the crown as champ.
Brammo Hires Ex-Harley-Davidson Dealer Development Director
Fri, 10 Jun 2011Brammo has hired former Harley-Davidson dealer development director Jim Marcolina to develop the electric motorcycle maker’s North American dealer network. Marcolina was director of dealer development and dealer relations at Harley-Davidson after joining the Motor Company as a district sales manager. Brammo will rely on Marcolina’s experience working with Harley-Davidson’s dealer network to help establish its own fledgling network.
