Up for auction is a 2009 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Nighster with 11,912 miles. The bike is 100% stock in mint condition and is ready to ride. Everything is in excellent condition and it runs and drives perfectly, great tires, orange and black paint scheme, electric start, V-twin air cooled, 9.7:1 compression, 1200cc, 5 speed belt drive, hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, 60" wheelbase, bright lights, smoked signals, and very comfortable. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...
Pope’s Harley Sells for $329,000 at Auction!
Thu, 06 Feb 2014Bonhams auction house in Paris has announced the unexpected results of the auction held today which included a 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide and a leather jacket owned by none other than the Pope. The results were simply astounding. The Pope’s Harley sold for $328,527 to a private European buyer.
