Selling 2006 Harley Sportster 1200 Low with over $6000 in Harley brand extras. This was purchased for my wife and we spared no expense. It hasn't been ridden much in the past few years, so it's time for it to go.
The only downside is that the bike has been down once. There are scuffs on one saddle bag, scratches on crash bar, and a repaired spot on gas tank all of which can be seen in pictures. Otherwise, the bike is immaculate and has been garage kept since purchased new. One owner. The color is cobalt blue and it currently has just over 8500 miles. Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
Harley-Davidson Launches Denim Line For Men

The two new styles offer a variety of washes, waist size and inseam. Highlights include a slimmer fit, darker washes and features developed specifically for riding.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
