1980 Harley Davidson Sportster XLS or Roadster model. This model came with cast aluminum wheels, drag handle bars and a smaller gas tank. Never restored or re-painted the bike has 23,000 original miles from only two owners.Drag pipes and a different air cleaner are the only things not stock equipment on this vintage ride. This bike starts up and when it does that old Ironhead really sounds off and rides good too, The brakes recently gone over, along with the fork tubes and the battery is not that old. This is a nice piece for the short tripper that wants a great sounding nostalgic Harley. Thanks for looking and will be happy to answer any questions. Mon, 07 May 2012Harley-Davidson dealerships topped the rankings for the 2012 edition of the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, an industry benchmarking study examining how well dealerships treat customers, and turning shoppers into buyers. The Pied Piper PSI rated different manufacturers’ dealerships in a number of categories to produce an overall score. The study was conducted between July 2011 and April 2012 with 1,653 anonymous “mystery shoppers” gathering information at different dealerships across the U.S.
