Harley-Davidson Sportster description

Up for sale 1971 HD Ironhead bobber.  Front neck was raked a long time ago (unknown degree).  Super E shorty S&S carb all new parts inside and out except cast housing.
S&S carb manifold
new S&S spacer
Brand new battery. 
Right side shift.
New throttle cable
New throttle clamp
New throttle tube.
Tires in good shape.
Exhaust wrapped
Clean and clear title!!
no blinkers and headlight didn't turn on.  Rear turns on with switch. Has good compression. 

Needs carb to be tuned, brakes to be gone through, and new hand grips.  
This only needs very little to be a runner.

Harley-Davidson reported a profit of $134.0 million dollars over the third quarter of 2012. That represents a 27% decrease from the net profit of $183.6 million reported over the same quarter of 2011, but the drop was an expected result from a planned decrease in third quarter shipments as Harley-Davidson adopts an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing system at its York, Pa., factory. The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin, a 131-inch 'crate engine' designed for post-2017 Touring models. Harley-Davidson has not yet had large engines in terms of capacity and power. This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.
