The Fat Boy® model is a classic from the ground up, with boulevard-bruiser looks and a Twin Cam engine that devours everything in its path. 1549 CC engine that runs great with no issues and the same goes for the 6 speed transmission...operation is flawless and the bike looks great with lots of adds. There is a minor scratch on the front fender, other than that small flaw the only other flaw is the corrosion on the lower fork legs which is typical of all Harley's, that is it. Has aftermarket chrome mirrors and brake and clutch levers, highway bars, driver and passenger backrest, saddlebags and custom exhaust that really sounds sweet! The tires are both in great shape and the bike overall is ready to hit the open road. Our Service department has gone through this bike and found it to be in phenomenal shape! Harley-Davidson Discontinuing Road Glide and Other Models for 2014
Mon, 15 Apr 2013A leaked memo sent out to Harley-Davidson dealers reveals plans to drop several models from the company’s 2014 lineup. Slated to disappear are the XR1200X Sportster, the FXS Softail Blackline, and the FLHTC Electra Glide Classic. Also being discontinued, at least for 2014, is the FLTRX Road Glide Custom and FLTRU Road Glide Ultra, as the tourer models undergo a design refresh.
Original Viva Knievel Harley Davidsons For Sale On Ebay
Fri, 09 Aug 2013For sale on Ebay right now are two original Harley-Davidson Sportsters ridden by legendary stuntman Evel Knievel in the film “Viva Knievel!“ Click here to see the Ebay listing, which ends on Monday, August 12. The first is the “Flying Eagle” Strato-Cycle, which is one of two used in the movie. The bike is complete with full documentation including original sales invoice from Harley-Davidson in 1977, which certified (with matching VIN numbers) and specifies that it was used in the Viva Knievel movie.
