Harley-Davidson Softail tech info
Harley-Davidson Softail description
Absolutely beautiful 2004 Harley Davidson Fatboy. Low miles, Lots of chrome, custom grips, Samson pipes (Loud pipes save lives!!). Good rubber with plenty left. "Quick detach" sissy bar and luggage rack, She will also come with a very nice "quick detach" windscreen (not pictured) Recent complete fluid change to Mobil1 VTwin fluids. This is a very clean, nicely equipped bike which runs beautifully. She is very well maintained and ready to go. FYI - She is such an awesome bike, I am not particularly inclined to part with her, but wife and kids are "pressuring me" : (
I do not know much about shipping a motorcycle but will be happy to accommodate your shipper at your cost. I am currently riding so mileage will vary a little. Currently also for sale locally so I will reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. Feel free to ask any questions or for additional pics. I am happy to send anything you would like to help you with your decision. Absolutely NO disappointment here. |

Harley-Davidson and an American Hero
Fri, 07 Dec 2012As motorcyclists, we’re drawn to the freedom two wheels represent; just man, machine and the open road. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
