2002 Harley Davidson Springer Softail

I am selling my 2002 Harley Davidson Springer Softail. I have owned it since 2011, I bought it from my neighbor whom was the original owner. Since I have owned it there's been a lot done. I had the Cam and gear assembly changed out and a better one put in. Also at that time I had a carburetor kit put in along with a higher flow air filter (still has original Harley face plate). Accessories include: Vance & Hines straight shot pipes, 3.00" forward controls, Gooderidge Cables, two different style seats that come with their own backrests, both soft and hard saddle bags, full Harley cover and also has the Mag style rear wheel. I have almost $5000 in chrome on this bike (all Harley) and it really helps it stand out. I have every original part that came off of it in my garage including all the books and the original VHS tape. This bike is in great shape and runs like a top, no disappointments! the only reason for my selling is a home remodel project I need to get finished. Harley-Davidson has been preparing for its 110th anniversary party for the past year, celebrating in 11 countries on six different continents. In the past year, Harley-Davidson employees, dealers and riders have shared thousands of amazing experiences, including a ride through the Tibetan Plateau in China, a parade along the beaches of Sao Paulo and even a Papal blessing. But now the party is coming home to Milwaukee over Labor Day weekend, which promises to be the biggest celebration of them all.  Milwaukee residents have always been cordial hosts for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts who make the journey to the City of Festivals from around the world. One Anniversary tradition is the welcoming home of thousands of riders by Milwaukee area residents who stand on the city’s highway overpasses with homemade welcome signs as riders arrive in Milwaukee.

Harley-Davidson Offers “Steel Toe Tour” of York Factory

Harley-Davidson is adding a new factory tour program offering visitors a personal look at the company’s York production facility. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
