Harley-Davidson Softail description
This is a single owner HD motorcycle ordered from factory in 2001. Original invoice is attached for review of $10,000 plus accessories installed on bike when purchased. Current mileage is 68,956 and almost all of those mile were long distance cross-country trips (no city mileage). Major accessory upgrades included Screaming Eagle Stage 3 high performance big bore engine with custom cams, chrome inner primary & chrome swing arm. All exterior cables are braided stainless steel and you would have a difficult time finding parts on this bike that could be upgraded...all the chrome & accessories were installed by dealership when bike was purchased new. This motorcycle was originally purchased in Idaho and does not have California emissions controls.

The new facility will house Harley-Davidson‘s sales, marketing and dealer development operations for its Asia Pacific region. The region office was previously located at Harley-Davidson’s global base in Milwaukee.
Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.
