The pictures speak for themselves. Bike is gorgeous and turns heads and gets compliments everywhere. Paint is burnt tangerine put on using a foil process. It changes its appearance based on light conditions. ($5,000.00 for paint) 98% chromed out as you can see from the pics. New Michelin Commander II tires have approx 1,000. miles on them. Screaming Eagle ignition system. S & S shorty Carb. 106 kit put in at approx 8,000 miles. Comes with 2 seats, mustang 2 up and a Le Pera gel solo. Carlini bars. Samson pipes. Forward controls. LED blinker kit, also blinkers in rear foot pegs. There are so many after market parts that I can't possibly list them all but I think the photos really tell the story. I have spent $16,000.00  for parts and work done. Total amount of money spent on the bike including original purchase is close to $40,000.00. It is a great bike that you can drive anywhere. Bike is available to be seen just about anytime. Deposit for test ride is $12,000.00 cash fully refundable when you return from your ride with the bike in the same condition that you left in. Bike is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early.

New Harley-Davidson Sportster for India to Use 500cc V-Twin

Thu, 03 Jan 2013

When Harley-Davidson first entered the Indian market, The Motor Company decided to import existing models as complete knockdown kits for final assembly in the burgeoning market. Considering the average motorcycle in India has a displacement smaller than 200cc, it was inevitable Harley-Davidson would eventually have to produce a small-displacement model rather than rely on its existing product line which currently lists the 883cc sportsters as its smallest bikes. Despite a denial last May by Harley-Davidson India’s Managing Director Anoop Prakash, it now appears Harley-Davidson is set to announce a new small-displacement model to be produced in India at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo next February.

Harley-Davidson has JUST uploaded a new video to YouTube (seriously! It was at 0 views when I got there!).  The video is a behind the scenes look at Harley-Davidson’s photo shoot for an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. Watch the behind the scenes footage from Harley-Davidson’s new print campaign in the June Issue of Vanity Fair that salutes women riders and encourages females who have not yet hit the road on two wheels to “experience life with no regrets.” The women featured are health and wellness expert and NBCs The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels; Grammy®-winning singer-songwriter Jewel; television and film actor Tricia Helfer; and Los Angeles rider/entrepreneur Deborah DiMiceli.
