Here we have a beautiful example of a 1998 Harley Davidson Softail Custom. It's been primarily used as a weekend toy, is garaged kept and well maintained. It has under 25,000 miles and has recently been serviced with all synthetic fluids in the engine, transmission and primary. Upgrades include: Metzeler ME880 tires, Python 3 pipes and All Balls Starter Clutch. Replaced items: Regulator, Stator and Hand Grips. It has the original red paint, with some minor blemishes on the tank and fenders. This is an extremely fast, loud, dependable, and strong running motorcycle with no issues! Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame Announces 2013 Induction Class

The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.
New 2012 Harley-Davidson Models Named in CARB Documents
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.
