1998 Harley Davidson Fatboy Softail FLSTF Motorcycle Low 5K Miles Motorcycle has very low miles. The low mileage is because I do not have time to ride it which is why I am selling it. It runs perfect. Photos say more then I can in words--the bike is amazing. Minor wear on left side of leather seat and extremely small minor oxidation/rust which does not show in the pictures or to the eye but I want to disclose any issues I notice. The pictures show how nice this bike looks. I am the second owner. The first owner was a doctor from my home town who didn't have time to ride so I got the bike in 2012. I've only put about 2K miles on it in 4 years--I've maintained it well in my garage. Official paint code is "Midnight Blue". The paint is perfect. Any apparent blemishes in the pictures are from the reflection of clouds in the sky and other surroundings. Paint is perfect. See my feedback score of 100% and 183 sales. I am an honest seller. Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary
Thu, 08 Dec 2011Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.

H-D and Marvel have had a long relationship, and to unite fans of both brands, Harley-Davidson is seeking candidates to join Captain America as “Agent 1” and star in a brand-new digital franchise, which will introduce a new chapter of action, including a group of characters created by Marvel’s Custom Division exclusively for Harley, and feature the new Harley-Davidson Street 750. The mini-movie and digital comic will debut in Marvel and Harley-Davidson online and social channels this summer.
EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500 First Impressions Video
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Bred in America, built in India the new Revolution X platform is meant to be Harley’s new price point model. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S. will. The 500 costs $6700 and the 750 is $7500.
