Harley-Davidson Other tech info
Harley-Davidson Other description
The Softail Custom puts fists in the breeze and feet forward with a chopper profile straight from the FX custom era. The rear suspension mimics the clean lines of a vintage hardtail frame but offers the comfort of a modern suspension that is hidden under the chassis. The rigid power train allows tight packaging of the engine and frame and creates a solid connection between the rider and the power that moves the motorcycle. Standard features include the black powder-coated power train with chrome covers, a chrome profile laced front wheel, a polished slotted disc rear wheel with a 200mm tire, a 34-degree fork angle, a two-up seat with passenger seat backrest, a skinny front fender, a bobtail rear fender and ape hangers! The 96 VOLT-twin has been upgraded with a power commander, a stage one kit and sounds awesome with its chrome dual staggered short mufflers. Optional upgrades include the Linby crash bar with built in highway pegs, a H-D quick release windshield, H-D lockable hard leather saddle bags and a set of H-D driving lights. Not only does this beauty have over a couple of thousand dollars worth of options but it only has 1,431 original miles. We have priced it to move so if you like what you see call today before it is gone! For more photos and a video of the engine visit HotRodsChoppers.com
