It rides with powerful perfomance of an air-cooled Twin Cam 103 engine with 6-speed cruise drive transmission, for over 100 horsepower of performance. This trike provides up to 80 pounds of cargo space with the trunk and GTX King Tour-Pak! Standard on this trike motorcycle is electric reverse with handlebar mounted control. You will truly enjoy the intuitive hand controls that allow for more comfortable riding. Another great feature of the Harley trike motorcycles, found on the Tri Glide Ultra Classic, is the bat wing fairing, with a full windshield and adjustable Lexan air deflectors on the sides. Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed
Thu, 04 Aug 2011The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.

The Wesll Corporation is attempting to do one better, literally, as it develops a four-wheeled mechanism that could be applied to many different kinds of bikes.

Mon, 14 Oct 2013Apparently, elks aren’t too keen on motorcyclists, as the video below demonstrates. This couple, aboard what sounds like a Harley-Davidson (that potato-potato exhaust note is unmistakeable), were riding along in Missoula, Montana when this elk decided he wanted to take the road for himself. As traffic slowed and eventually passed, the elk took a growing interest in the couple on the motorcycle, approaching them.
