The Dyna Harley Fat Bob features a Twin Cam 96 engine, providing all the custom Harley power you need. For the custom style you want, the Fat Bob motorcycle's beefy handlebar is truly reminiscent of an aggressive quarter mile monster. And with the wires routed through the steel, you get a clean, minimal look with nothing standing in your way of the open road. Add to that the wide stance and 16-inch front wheel, and you have a cool fat custom look with a powerful big twin engine. Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed
Thu, 04 Aug 2011The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.
Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
