2005 Harley-Davidson FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy, PREOWNED/USED HAS APE HANGERS CALL JERRY CRAWFORD AT 208-338-5599 - Schedule a test ride! Apply for a loan NOW! Get an eyeful of this behemoth on wheels. But be careful your eyelids don’t get stuck wide open. A machine built to have its very own gravitational pull. Everything here is super-sized. FL fork tubes like anacondas. Mammoth chrome headlight and nacelle. Floorboards as big as surfboards. Shotgun exhaust pipes that pack a wallop before you ever fire up the engine. Wide tires wrapped around solid disc wheels like thick, juicy bacon around a filet mignon. Throw a leg over and it gets even better. You’ll find the counterbalanced Twin Cam 88B powertrain, in traditional carb or refined EFI, is no salad-eater. It has the Fat Boy gobbling up more than its fair share of miles. The XXXL feeling you get once you’re in the saddle—that’s easily the biggest joy of all.

Most Obvious Press Release Of 2013: Biker Chicks Sexier Than Pedestrians

Tue, 31 Dec 2013

In a misallocation of funds Harley-Davidson recently spent an untold buttload of money proving something men have known for years: That women who ride motorcycles are sexier and better between the sheets than women who don’t ride. Common responses from male motorcyclists to the press release were: Duh; Tell me something I didn’t already know; Can I be a recruiter? Meant to entice non-riding females into the Harley-Davidson army by pimping the Bar & Shield’s website, www.h-d.com/women, the press release was peppered with effeminate catchphrases such as “physical intimacy, “communication,” and “improves relationships” but the basal message is one of female motorcyclists being sexier, happier and more confident than their non-riding counterparts.

Thu, 08 May 2014

Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled,  Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.

Harley-Davidson has revealed a new member to its Dyna family featuring quick change convertibility from touring to cruiser mode. The Dyna Switchback uses Harley-Davidson’s Twin Cam 103 engine, 2-into-1 chrome exhaust, and five-spoke cast aluminum wheels with full fenders.
