Purchased from Harley dealership in May 2008 with 1,940 miles; I am second owner. Equipment includes AM/FM radio/CD/Aux. No cruise control, CB radio, GPS, or any other electronics. Rear tire and rear brakes pads replaced at 11,588 miles; all other equipment is original. Modifications include highway pegs, touring seat with quick-release passenger backrest and luggage rack, taller windshield, spoke wheels, RUSH slip-on mufflers, and handlebar-mounted I-pod bracket. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.

Tue, 28 May 2013In 1914 the city of Dodge City, Kansas held a motorcycle race, the Dodge City 300, attracting over 17,000 spectators. By 1921 there were more than 20,000. The race was held on a two-mile dirt oval and was sanctioned by the FAM (Federation of American Motorcyclists).
