Choose the Anniversary Ultra Classic and ABS comes standard. The Touring ride is smoother than ever for 2008, thanks to a new rear Isolated Drive System (IDS). It improves ride quality by reducing drive line noise. Ultra Classic riders get even more comfort with a full fairing and vented lowers, plus new fairing-mounted adjustable wind deflectors. There is a King Tour Pak and GTX-nylon saddlebags. Cruise control. Harman/Kardon Advanced Audio System and CB/Intercom. US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .

Harley-Davidson Adds Twin Cam 96 and 103 Engines to Factory Remanufacturing Program
Tue, 17 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson has added the Twin Cam 96, Twin Cam 103 and 2003-2006 CVO Twin Cam 103 engines to its engine remanufacturing program. The program, which previously accepted 1984 and newer Evolution 1340, Twin Cam 88, Twin Cam 88B and Twin Cam 95 powerplants, takes used engines, rebuilds and repaints them. Customers can take their existing Harley-Davidson motorcycle to a dealer which will remove the engine and send it back to the factory.
