The bike is completely stock with the exception of changing out the seat and adding some chrome accessories. The extras include the Anti-theft alarm, Optional Quick Release Windshield, Chrome Side Plate, Medium Upright Sissy Bar With Leather Sissy Case, Back Rest Pad, FX Tallboy Seat, Battery Tender Plus, Temperature Oil Dip Stick and a NEW BATTERY ON 12-02-2013 with receipt. Harley-Davidson Opens New Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore
Thu, 19 May 2011Harley-Davidson has opened a new regional headquarters for the Asian market in Singapore. The new facility will house Harley-Davidson‘s sales, marketing and dealer development operations for its Asia Pacific region. The region office was previously located at Harley-Davidson’s global base in Milwaukee.
New 2012 Harley-Davidson Models Named in CARB Documents
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal two new models from Harley-Davidson’s 2012 lineup: a 10th anniversary edition V-Rod and a new member of the Dyna family. The CARB documents list motorcycles that have received approval for the state of California. The Motor Company has received approval for several 2012 models including the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special Anniversary and the 2012 Harley-Davidson Switchback.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
