Harley-Davidson Opens First Showroom in Vietnam

Harley-Davidson has opened its first dealership in Vietnam, the world’s fourth largest market for motorcycles. Located in Phu My Hung in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, the new Harley-Davidson of Saigon opened its doors this past weekend with a full lineup of 27 models. Vietnam is one of the world’s largest markets with sales of 3.1 million two-wheelers in 2012, trailing only China, India and Indonesia.

The Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Giveaway

FX Networks, the producer of the TV show The Sons of Anarchy, are giving away a 2009 Harley-Davidson FXD Dyna Superglide motorcycle that has been customized by Eagles Nest Harley-Davidson where there will be a special autograph signing with some cast members this Sunday, August 16th between 2pm and 4pm. Bonhams To Sell Garelli Grand Prix Collection At No Reserve

Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
