2004 Harley-Davidson FXSTD/FXSTDI Softail Deuce, IT'S NOT THE LITTLE DUECE COUPE IT'S THE BIG DUECE HOG WE KNOW WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!!! - Line up a thousand bikes curbside and chances are pretty good you’ll find the crowd at the front tire of this work of chrome and steel. The Deuce. Yes, the folks in Milwaukee did the eyes a giant favor when they dreamed up this one. Beginning with the raked-out front fork and chrome riser. Stretched fuel tank topped by a full-length chrome console. Rear fender supports, also in full chrome glory, with hidden fasteners. The rear fender gets a tough, straight-cut dragster profile. Up front is a laced wheel. In back, 17" of solid rear wheel with a wide 160mm tire. The Twin Cam 88B engine is available with carburetor or efficient EFI. It also gets the chromed-out look. This year, the Deuce wears a new Badlander-inspired seat. Just to give you a little more incentive to stop looking and get in the saddle. Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
UFC Set To Rumble For H-D’s 110th Anniversary
Wed, 29 May 2013The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) octagon is set to ride into Milwaukee for Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary celebration, giving fans an opportunity to witness one of the hardest-hitting live MMA fights of the year – the UFC 164 Harley-Davidson Hometown Throwdown. UFC stars including Cain Velasquez, Mike Chiesa and Matt Hughes will be at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in downtown Milwaukee on August 31 for the action-packed card, which will feature more than 10 hard-hitting bouts. “UFC and Harley-Davidson fans will experience the passion of the world’s best fighters when they duke it out in the Octagon in our backyard here in Milwaukee during our 110th Anniversary,” said Mark-Hans Richer, Chief Marketing Officer at Harley-Davidson.
