2003 Harley-Davidson FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy, FLSTFI - 100th Anniversary FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy Like all Softail models, the Fat Boy is powered by a counter-balanced Twin Cam 88B engine. It cranks out big, juicy torque and comes with carb or sophisticated EFI. What you don't see is a hidden rear suspension that provides classic looks and a great ride. The styling comes courtesy of a high-calorie diet of iron and chrome. Note the burly FL fork and big 7" headlight. Solid disc wheels. Fat rubber, now 150mm wide on the rear. Giant fenders. Floorboards big enough for behemoth-sized shift-kickers. We went large with Anniversary details. Gold-trimmed tank cloisonné. 100TH Anniversary emblems on the seat and engine covers. Harley-Davidson Consolidates Businesses in Spain, Portugal and Italy
Wed, 16 Oct 2013In response to the continuing economic struggles in southern Europe, Harley-Davidson announced it will combine its operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy into a single business unit to be called SPI Motor Company. Harley-Davidson says the new company, which officially begins operating immediately, will be better positioned to respond to the challenges of the market. The new company will be led by Regional Managing Director of Operations Yves-Olivier Allamagny, formerly the director of Harley-Davidson Italy.

Fri, 24 Oct 2008I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).

Fri, 28 May 2010IT'S 35 YEARS since Evel Knievel attempted to jump 13 London buses at Wembley Stadium. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.
