Harley-Davidson Other description

This is a 2001 Harley Softail Deuce FXSTDI. It belonged to my Father who recently passed away and it was his pride and joy. I was going to keep it but I was injured in Afghanistan and have severe muscle issues and PTSD (which keeps me homebound a lot). The bike has a few scratches on the exhaust pipe covers but I do have new ones to replace them with. He has Live to Ride Ride to Live mirrors and a chain cover to match. There is also a Harley windshield installed that is clamp held and easily removable. I have saddle bags on it that will come with the bike, an extra seat with driver back rest and passenger backrest (old school), an extra touring bag

The Dyna Switchback uses Harley-Davidson’s Twin Cam 103 engine, 2-into-1 chrome exhaust, and five-spoke cast aluminum wheels with full fenders.

EBR Nation Part 3: Made In America

Wed, 10 Aug 2011

Erik Buell Racing has released the third episode of its series about the new 1190RS sportbike. The latest episode focuses on the company’s “Made in America” philosophy, with its goal of producing a high-performance superbike in the U.S.A. As Erik Buell, racer Geoff May and designer Tony Stefanelli discuss the themes of innovation and freedom, we can’t help but wonder however whether they’re talking about American ideals, or about being out from Harley-Davidson’s umbrella.
