1995 XR 750. This was the best years for the engine castings for Harley. Made in the USA. In the mid 2000's they started making the castings in China. This bike has an awesome Lawill Chasis. Bike is fast, runs great! No issues. Add Gas and Race. This bike has been a local Michigan Amatuer Raced XR. I was told it came out of TCR Motors back when Atherton and Davis were racing. It has a Lawill Chasis that is in good shape, Darcy Racing Heads. Has a real nice paint job (Orange). The frame and the wheels could be powder coated black and that would make the bike complete. It runs great. No smoke. No Noises. Take a close look at the pictures they tell the story.
The last time this bike was up for auction the guy couldn't come up with the money. Please do not bid on the bike unless you are ready to buy. Ebay is dealing with the last mess.

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care
Tue, 26 Mar 2013A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.

Now the new Harley-Davidson Riding Academy is the only national rider training program hosted by Harley-Davidson dealerships and conducted on an all-new Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Since its inception in 2000, Harley-Davidson’s rider training program has successfully trained more than 350,000 new riders with a premium Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF)-approved rider training experience that guides students on their journey from the classroom to the street with an emphasis on building student confidence on their road to independence.
